I asked a lot of people what they think of the title "Blasphemous Ingenuity." I received a lot of mixed feedback. Some people thought it sounded "neat," and others thought it sounded "phony." One example of the latter was a response from someone who was confused about the definition of ingenuity. He thought if someone were to use this title they'd be considered a "poser." I cleared up his misconception, and that evoked a discussion of philosophy.
I am not blasphemous, though I do have a tendency to disaccord with the steadfast christians. Atheism will not get you into heaven! I do not create blasphemous art. I do not create "unholy" art. My art is no better than your art. I am creative. I do excel with certain parts of my life, and fail with others. Blasphemous ingenuity is not about my art, or about me. It is simply the title of my website. I expect, and want people to send me pictures, or pieces of their art/music/skill to be displayed, envied, and admired on my website. I will also promote your website, for free.
So you see, I am not special. I am just trying to start a virtual, if you will, portfolio. I want to make some money as well. And last but not least, show off my talents. Don't feel pressured into buying anything. Its just an added bonus for me. This is not only an online store. I am trying to create an opulent website. For your viewing pleasure.
